  1. The first step is to contact our friendly, helpful staff to set FREE DIABETES TEST appointment.
  2. Once you arrive for your appointment, our qualified staff will go over a brief health history with you and perform a simple blood draw.
  3. Once results are determined, you will receive a follow up visit at no charge to you. This visit you will review your results with one of our staff members
  4. A plan of action will be presented to you (if needed) to ensure you get the proper treatment to minimize the risk of health problems.
